We are working on a product roadmap for the next year, and want you to be a part of it. We are looking for new services to integrate into DNS Made Easy.

Take a second to fill out this quick survey (only 3 questions) about what features you want us to add.

DDoS Protection

Our IP Anycast + network is able to withstand hundreds of gigabytes of query traffic per second (we do it more often than you think). Just imagine how much stronger our network would be if we offered integrated DDoS protection!

Early DDoS Attack Warning

In addition to automatic DDoS protection, we are considering adding a feature that would send you an SMS/email/push notification if our monitoring nodes detected a possible DDoS attack.

In the past, we have discussed how to identify attacks using our Real-Time Statistics (RTS) tool. This new feature would use RTS to monitor your domains from all of our PoPs. If a single record is queried an abnormal number of times a second, you will be automatically notified of a potential attack.

WAF

If PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance is a concern for your organization, WAF (Web Application Firewall) can help you protect your web applications from web-based attacks. WAF’s both monitor and prevent malicious traffic from accessing your web applications.

You can learn more about the importance of WAF for web-based applications here.

CDN

CDN, or Content Delivery Network, takes advantage of our Anycast network to deliver your web content from multiple locations around the world. It works the same way as our Anycast DNS services, by storing a copy of your content on all of our PoPs (points of presence).

Without a CDN, your content is usually only hosted on a single web server, which can cause delays for anyone trying to access your site who’s not close by.

CDN’s allow you scale rapidly at a fraction of the cost. Actually, CDN’s have become a standard across the web with everyone from enterprises to bloggers implementing a CDN service into their stack.
